About Mimi and Pops

Mimi and Pop's market was founded in Fall of 2024, with the goal of providing excellent quality meats, smoked items, and BBQ lunches to Graford and surrounding areas.

We strive to always have the best quality meats, produce, and innovate on our smoked items every week, all while keeping prices as reasonable as we can in the current economy.

With a team with a combined 25 years in the meat industry, we are confident that we can meet your family's needs when it comes to high quality protein, smoked meats, and fresh produce.

We smoke and package all of our own meats such as, Brisket, pulled pork, beef jerky, smoked sausage, fajita meat, etc. We have two electric pellet smokers going nearly around the clock at all times. 

We partner with local producers to bring the freshest products possible to our market.
